1. SOAK with Eucalyptus Bath Soak
Shake jar /turn upside down to let the oils rise to the top as you are running a hot bath. Add a handful of the Eucalyptus Salt & Oil Bath Soak and breathe deeply, as the clearing essential oils of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lavender and Tea Tree fill the bathroom. Relax as you inhale, and feel stresses melting away.
2. MOISTURISE with Eucalyptus Beeswax Balm
After bathing, rub the beautifully natural balm between your hands and inhale the aromatherapeutic Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Tea Tree and Lavender essential oils. Smooth all over your chest and body, breathe deeply and relax.
Use as your body moisturiser after bathing, and around nose and sinus area before sleeping.
SPRITZ: Before bed, or while resting, spritz your pillow and breathe deeply. Awaken feeling rested and refreshed. Use as needed.
