Rub 4-5 pumps of the Eucalyptus Bath Oil into your hands, inhale deeply, then smooth over your chest and step into your bath or shower. Add 4-5 more pumps to your bath, and soak. Breathe deeply and inhale the aromatherapeutic essential oils. Particularly beneficial if you have a cold to help cleared blocked sinuses.
Anoint: Follow with Eucalyptus Body Oil – rub 4 pumps of oil into your hands and breathe deeply, then smooth over chest and body. With a beautifully delicate natural fragrance, the body oil invigorates and refreshes.

ANOINT:
Rub 4-5 pumps of oil into your hands, inhale deeply, then smooth over your chest and step into your bath. Add 4-5 more pumps to your bath, and soak. Follow with Eucalyptus Body Oil for long lasting relief from the cold.
