Rub the oil quickly between the palms of your hands to activate and warm the essential oils, then massage all over your body, targeting stiff, sore areas. Step into your bath, adding 4-5 more pumps of oil. Can also be used as Shower Drops.
Follow with Warming Massage Oil for therapeutic relief.

Anoint: Rub 4-5 pumps of oil into your hands, inhale, then smooth over your mid body and sore muscles then step into your bath / shower. Add 4-5 more pumps to your bath, and soak. Follow with Warming Massage Oil.
