At BATCH #001® we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we believe the products we supply are beautiful pieces, well made. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, or you simply wish to return it, you can do so. We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging, in the same condition as when it was purchased, with no signs of use or markings, not damaged in any way, including the product, packaging and label and accompanied by a receipt.
To return a product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to have your order number and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price upon arrival at our address, and after inspection, to ensure there is no damage to the product or packaging.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where we will not be able to refund.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is notified of a requested return more than 14 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Please notify us of your wish to return your item as outlined above. Then please send your return to our offices – we will provide the address to you via email. Please get a proof of postage or send the item tracked delivery, as we are no liable for any products that go missing in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which should show up on your card within 7 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This is beyond our control and the timing varies depending on your card issuer.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGE (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
